Creating Healthy Habits
- 1 Cup Freshly made Almond Milk
- 1-2 Ripe frozen Banana
- 1/2 Fresh Vanilla Bean
( Blend Raw almonds with 1 cup water and 1/4th Vanilla Bean. Strain mixture in a wire colander or cheese cloth.) Save pulp for recipes,
Pour Nut Milk into a blender
Add Frozen Bananas.
( Inner flesh only )
Add Vanilla Bean
For anyone who knows what an Orange Julius Smoothie was, this is my RAW version of their Bananarilla!
