Recipe Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

2. Using a small scoop, scoop out mixture and place on dehydrator tray. Dehydrate for 4 hours at 105 F.

3. Check often to make sure not to over-dehydrate. Also, you could use your oven on the lowest setting, but check every 10 minutes not to overdry.

I made these with some slight changes - hazelnut flour rather than almond. My non-raw coworkers love them. I dehydrated a second time when they started to get sticky.
