Creating Healthy Habits
1 bag baby spinach
1 sweet onion
3 tablespoon fresh basil or more
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon Cayenne pepper!!
¼ cup water
2 dash sea salt
Blend all the ingredients together… red pepper to taste of course… then add the avocado at the end. I also added 1 tablespoon of some raw ranch dressing I had. Super yummy! This is very filling… not a lot of slow-digesting fats. Sometimes I add lemon too!
Very hearty, very filling, very spicy… “spinach smoothie”.
