1 cup nuts of your choice (so far I've tried walnut and hazelnut. YUM!)
1/4-1/2 cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, agave, dates)
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
2 Tbls raw carob powder
1tsp alcohol free vanilla extract/vanilla powder
small sprinkle of salt
Soak and dehydrate your nuts for more ease of digestion (soak overnight, dehydrate during day, and you can have it as dessert after dinner
Grind nuts in food processor to crumbly consistency, then add salt.
Add cacao, carob, and vanilla
Add in your sweetener of choice until a big sticky ball forms.
Take out of food processor and pinch off into little balls or bars if you prefer. Refrigerate or freeze and enjoy!
