1 cup sesame meal/pulp
1 tablespoon carob powder (use less or more for personal taste)
1 tablespoon raw agave nectar
3 tablespoons shredded raw coconut flakes (ground into a fine powder)
1. Take all of the ingredients and just mix in a bowl. The batter will be quite moist, so feel free to add more of the dry ingredients if needed.
2. Roll some dough in your hand and form a ball.
3. Place the balls on a teflex sheet and then flatten with a fork. You’ll need to put some of the dough back into place and try to form a circular shape. You’ll know what I mean once you do it.
4. Put these in the dehydrator at about 110 F and dehydrate for about 12 hours.

These are light and crispy and sweet.
They help with those chocolate cravings!
Well, I started with a lot of pulp from sesame milk and I didn’t know what to do with it, so this was one of my creations!
I didn’t measure as I went along, so these are all estimates.
I’m sure these would be great with gojis cut up and rolled in. Just a suggestion :)
