1 banana (preferably frozen)
Handful of ice (6 or so)
Almond milk (For this recipe, I used the almond "silt" at the bottom of the pitcher and added a wee bit more water.)
1 teaspoon organic cocoa
1 raw honey
1. Blend to creamy perfection.
2. Top with raw cacao nibs or a dusting of powder.
I’m always drinking chocolate shakes (ok, not always, lol), but this is utterly scrummy.
Like a melted, yet still half-frozen, chocolate ice cream.
