2 Ripe Bananas
¼ teaspoon vailla extract
Smash bananas well with a fork. Add the salt, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well. Pour in a dessert bowl and add another dash of cinnamon on top (go ahead and go over board. The more the merrier!!! :D) *Be sure to use a fork and not a food processor or blender. If you process it or blend it, it will be runny like a smoothie and changes the flavor completely. (Itâ€™s not bad but it’s no longer pudding)

Cinna-Squish is a cinnamon banana pudding. This is a variation of a childhood favorite of mine (see “Nanners”). My fifteen year old daughter made this recipe. She says it tastes like “Cinnabons” to her. I agree! It is a healthy delicious snack, dessert, or even a quick breakfast.
