Yield6 balls, depending on size
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon raw honey
½ cup dry coconut (shredded)
1/8 cup raisins
1/8 cup goji berries
1/3 cup unsalted raw sunflower seeds
¼ teaspoon fresh nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1. Put everything into a bowl. Squash everything down really well. You may need more honey or almond butter (whichever you like better is fine) if it's so dry that it won't stick together.
2. Take one tablespoon of the mixture in your hands and make little balls with it. They have to be squeezed very tightly.
3. Roll them in a little more coconut and keep them in the fridge.
