SWALLOW THIS RICH, RED DELIGHT CHILLED OR AS IS WITH LOVED ONES. SEEMS TO DO JUST FINE A FEW DAYS IN THE FRIDGE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE SOME FOR WORK/SCHOOL LUNCHES LATER IN THE WEEK.
I SMILE EVEN MORE WHEN I EAT THIS TOPPED WITH SLICED AVOCADO.

earthy and grounding, crisp and refreshing. It helps (at least for me and my schedule)that they keep really well in the fridge and are usually inexpensive at the store. So experimentation is lasting and forgiving. They are also really good in juices. I swear the first time I had carrot, beet and lime juice, I had the best run ever after drinking it.

this looks pretty and good! :) i've never had raw beets, and am not a fan of the cooked, how are they raw?? same earthy taste?
