Creating Healthy Habits
Ingredient include but are not limited to:
two kiwi fruits
approx one inch of ginger root
first i took the ginger and juiced it. set the juice aside
in a bowl i mashed the kiwi and mango and added the ginger juice which makes it nice and spicy.
in a separate container I sliced the zucchini into a slaw like substance than mixed it all together well.
