Blend in Vitamix for a smoothie. If you want to make a juice, use the Green Star (or something similar), omit the ice cubes and water and increase celery to 3 stalks. This rocks!

Thanks. The kiwi and ginger make all the difference for the taste. I drank this every morning as a juice for about 3 months until I got my Vitamix last month. The health differences are significant for me from making the switch from a juice to a smoothie just in the past 3 weeks. More energy, smoother skin (warts and skin tags are falling off every day), need less sleep. This is the backbone of my diet now. 2 cups for breakfast, 1 for my afternoon break and 1 for dinner. I eat other things but this is sooo good.

This is my typical veggie juice but kiwi! What a great idea, I'm going to try that tomorrow! :)
