Creating Healthy Habits
1 Mango (really ripa), Chopped
½ cup Cranberries
½ cup Dates, Chopped
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
½ tablespoon Zest of Lemon
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon Cardamon (optional)
¼ teaspoon Salt
Blend the dates with water, adding the water slowly until completely smooth. Add all the other ingredients then blend completely.
The cranberries produce a light pectin that create the jam like consistency. It’s light, very slightly sweet with a hint of citrus. Took me like 5 minutes to create and has thickened since this morning in the refridgerator.
