1 or 2 bananas
Juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon raw tahini
1 teaspoon ground flax (optional)
Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
1. Chop up the bananas and strawberries (and other fruit if you want).
2. Add the lemon juice, tahini, cinnamon, and flax and mix. Garnish with a sliced strawberry.

After staring at my fridge wondering what to make for breakfast tomorrow, I thought of this.
It’s much better than I expected and the total is much tastier than the sum of it’s parts (that’s how the saying goes, right?).
