Creating Healthy Habits
1 cup cashews
1 cup almonds
½ cup Brazil nuts
1 cup dried figs
1 cup dates
Cacao powder and/or Coconut flour/flakes
fresh grinded nutmeg, optional
Using food processor GRIND up the nuts, slowly adding dates and figs…combining all together. SHAPE into little balls with wet hands and ROLL in cacao powder and/or Coconut flakes/flour and/or cacao nibs… They last for some time in your fridge and great fix if you need something fast nutritional and satisfying. it is great mix to add Cacao Nibs, though it would be deviation from original recipe ~ENJOY
Fast… Easy…Full of flavor. These are best for a snack or breakfast or dessert, especially when you are on the run. I have been preparing this recipe for years and learned from Beatrix’s, ‘Art of Taste’
