one cup of almond milk
one small aubergine (UK-speak). In North America, "eggplant".
Agave nectar to taste (not truly raw, and optional)
Blend to your hearts content. I drunk it cold.
Post-blending notes. The recipe (as above) comes out with a taste that reminds me of unsweetened soy milk.

A simple, three-ingredient smoothie. I have not explored any of the other delightful, additional things that could be added (e.g. dates, pears, etc) - but I am sure that someone will try it and let us know!!
In addition to tasting good, it is also supposed to be super good for you..Aubergines are supposed to be packed with potassium, and also good for cholesterol, blood sugar and hypertension. Study from "National Institutes of Health"
