YieldMakes 2 to 3 servings
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
3 cup fresh strawberries
3 tablespoon agave or honey
1 head romaine lettuce (large)
a quarter of a medium beet root (for color)
2 to 4 packs of stevia
Natalia Rose says:
Blend until very smooth. You may want to blend in a couple of ice cubes as well so that the mixture does not heat up while blending. The soup is best when served immediately, but it will last in the refrigerator for 2 days.

This is one of two soups from Natalia Rose’s book, The Raw Food Detox Diet. It’s also one of my “green” smoothie staples (Yep, I drink it through a straw; no, the soup/smoothie is not really green.).
I searched her name in the recipe search engine to see if this recipe hadn’t already been posted, and nothing came up.
I skip the stevia because the berries and agave/honey make it sweet enough for me. Natalia says the beet root is optional.
