Creating Healthy Habits
1 medium tomato, somewhat drained
6 green olives, quartered
2 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, smashed and finely chopped
1 dash fennel seeds
3 leaves fresh basil or parsley
1 tablespoon tahini
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 dash pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 slice soaked sundried tomatoes
1 dash dill
Drain diced tomato (to make less watery). Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and muddle/smash with the bottom of a cup or a big spoon. Spoon onto noodles of choice!
