Yield5 cups (10 1/5-cup servings)
1 pound pitted Bing cherrie (I used frozen dark sweet cherries. Wonder if that makes much of a difference.)
1/2 pound seedless grapes
2 ripe pears (peeled, cored)
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 orange (optional; sliced on a mandolin into rounds)
1. Liquefy in a blender and chill before serving in parfait cups.
2. Garnish with an orange slice.
Sweet Adeline's ThoughtsBy Sweet Adeline
This recipe isn't amazing or anything, but it's simple and it looks pretty when served in a fancy glass and garnished with a thin round of orange.
