1 Clove of Garlic, Finely minced
1 tablespoon Red Onion, Fincely chopped
Jalapeno pepper (1/2 of one), Fincely minced
½ teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Cumin (or more to taste)
2 tablespoon Tomato (with pulp removed), Finely chopped
1 tablespoon Cilantro, Finely Minced
Cut avocados in half and scoop out into bowl. Mash to desired consistency. Add red onion, garlic, jalapenos, tomatoe, and cilantro. Squeeze lime into mixture. Mix in oregano and cumin. I made this recipe after eating Guacamole at Chevy’s Mexican Restaurant. They told me the basic ingredients, so I went home and tried it. The oregano is what makes it a bit different.

I realize there are 157 recipes for Guacamole on here, but thought I’d share mine. It’s pretty simple and I find it is enough for me to eat alone if I’m hungry or for two as an appetizer. I eat them with flax seed crackers.
