Creating Healthy Habits
½ cup sunflower seeds , soaked 4 hours
½ cup pumpkin seeds, soaked 4 hours
½ cup whole sesame seeds
½ cup golden flax seeds, grind
5 cup buckwheat, soaked over night and rinse after
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cup madjhule dates, pitted and cut into small pieces
put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well. spread on a teflex sheet, about 0.5 inch thick. dehidrate for 8 hours on 115f, and turn over on the mesh tray for another 2 houres.
you can serve it with a ha’lva spred on it- just mix some raw tehini with honny or date honny (like in the picture)
this is great cookies, you just can’t stop eating tham… you can add any other dry fruit that you like (figs is a great idea…) and you can add more spices like cardamom or anis if you like it more interesting..
