½ cup sunflower seeds , soaked 4 hours
½ cup pumpkin seeds, soaked 4 hours
½ cup whole sesame seeds
½ cup golden flax seeds, grind
5 cup buckwheat, soaked over night and rinse after
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cup madjhule dates, pitted and cut into small pieces
Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well. spread on a teflex sheet, about 0.5 inch thick. dehydrate for 8 hours on 115f, and turn over on the mesh tray for another 2 hours.
You can serve it with a halvah spread on it - just mix some raw tahini with honey or date honey (like in my picture).
These are great cookies, you just can’t stop eating them. You can add any other dry fruit that you like (figs are a great idea…) and you can add more spices like cardamom or anise if you like it more interesting.
