1 avocado ripe soft, peel and mashed
1 half parsnip, grated
1 teaspoon lemon juice, squeezed into mixture
1 tablespoon ground almond
Mix ingredients well and form into 2 and a half inch rounds, serve with salad and salsa (finely chopped tomatoes and onion,coriander (cilantro) and chilli to taste).
