1. Spread sunflower pate on a nori sheet.
2. Optional: Sprinkle some kind of flavorful addition on top, like black sesame seeds.
3. Either place in dehydrator as is, or roll up.
4. Dehydrate at 115 F for about 6 or 7 hours until fairly dry. Add an hour or so for roll-ups.
5. Store in refrigerator.
These are tasty snacks modeled after a raw treat I picked up at our local co-op.
A great idea for using up the rest of your sunflower pate after making raw lasagna.
