1 cup pecans (soaked)
3 green onions (chopped)
1 sweet potato (spiralized)
3 stalks of asparagus (chopped)
¼ cup hazelnuts or pecans (meal)
2 tablespoons soy sauce, chick pea miso, or braggs
Sprinkle of dry mustard
Sea salt and pepper (to taste)
1 ripped collard leaf or spinach (optional--for garnish)
¼ cup mixed sprouts like lentil, pea, bean, etc. (optional)
1. Blend hazelnut chick pea miso, dry mustard, pepper and sea salt with water ( approximately 1\2 cup) to make sauce.
2. Spiralize sweet potato and treat with lime and water. Rinse and squeeze water out before combining with rest of dish.
3. Pour cream sauce over the top and mix in with noodles. Add pecans and veggies and toss.
Creamy, dreamy, savory pecan casserole! Can be served warm or cold!
For extra garnish, raisins, red pepper, raisins, and marinated mushrooms might be nice too.
