Yield2 16 oz servings
1 carrot, peeled
½ peach, peeled
½ mango, peeled
1 slice ginger root, peeled
1 cup dandelion greens, washed
2 cup spring water
Blend the dandelion greens first with some water, stirring in between until the greens blend into paste. Add the carrot, then the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth, adding enough water to make 2 16 ounce servings.
