Creating Healthy Habits
What you need:
-dates, Medjoll if you know what its all about
this is all you really need, but if you want to you know, knock their socks off try:
-creamed coconut (blue mountain organics, thank you!)
-agave, coconut crystals (yum!), local honey purchased from your favorite honey lady at the farmer's market, lucuma would also be TASTeY, vanilla powder if your trying real hard!
Combine in bowl, several scoops of creamed coconut butter, pinch salt, a bit of sweet stuff and mix.
Cut open the dates, remove pits, in each date put a dollop of yummy sweetened creamed coconut mixture and a few cocoa beans.
And YOUR DONE,
Make as many as the occasion calls for.

We took these to a party where everybody was eatin meat and such and I promise you these were the night's favorite. This one fellow went to get his friend and told him all about how FAN-TAST-TIC these dates were. Gotta love simple goodness;-)
There might not be much to look at, but it won't matter!
