1 cup golden flax seeds, soaked overnight
1½ cup mixed frozen berries
2 tablespoon maple syrup or raw agave nectar
Blend the soaked flax seeds in a vita-mix until it is a smooth dough (shouldn’t be too thick). Once totally smooth, add the frozen berries. After you finish blending the berries in, it should liquify a bit as the berries will digest the flax. Add the sweetener and finish the blending. Pour into two cups and enjoy!
