3 bananas, frozen for 1 hour
1½ cup raspberries, Yoghurt: fresh. *Smoothie: frozen.
raw honey, to taste
Peel bananas, place in a freezer bag and freeze for an hour (or until semi-frozen). Combine bananas and honey in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add a handful of berries and blend again. Gently stir in remaining berries and serve.
Smoothie: Prepare as above, using frozen berries.

This tastes like raspberry yoghurt without that sour yogurt taste. You can also freeze the berries for a great smoothie.
