3 cup Raw Soaked Pumkin Seeds
1 cup Raw Soaked Sunflower Seeds
1 tablespoon Raw Vinegar
½ tablespoon Celtic Salt
1 cup Water
½ cup Water
Mix ingrediants well in food processor until smooth, this may take several min.
Then spoon onto the dehydrator rack or if you have teflex lay out smooth and flat for A flat Style Cracker. Dehydrate for a couple of days or until suitably crispy and crunchy. Enjoy. These Crackers are truly wonderful, in taste and in texture. Tell me whatcha think…1 raw girl
