4 cup filtered water
2 slice fresh cucumber
2 slice fresh lemon
Place all the ingredients into a pitcher and serve!
For a stronger taste, let the water sit in your refrigerator for an hour prior to serving.

I heard about this from our local CSA—it is a lovely, simple idea that I’m excited to try. I also found it on a great recipe site that I used to love before going raw. I’ve included it because they added the lemon and because they do have some raw recipes and instructions for making staples (ie spice mixtures). My new favorite site is now of course, this community, so I’m happy to contribute this here!
