YieldMakes 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
2 cup raw cacao butter, melted in dehydrator for 4 hours
¼ cup raw cocoa powder
½ cup raw agave nectar
2 teaspoon peppermint extract (if you want mint chocolate chips)
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend everything in a blender till nice and liquidy smooth. Spoon it all on a plate, and freeze for 20 minutes, or until hard. It should be one large chocolate bar at this point (without the rectangle shape). Take a very sharp knife, and cut into little chocolate chips. Your done!
