Homemade halva. Totally raw and totally delicious! This is a rough guide to quantities. I normally use heaped tablespoons and sometimes added more fruit or more tahini. I normally use dark stoneground tahini, but I’m sure it works fine with any other tahinis. Tastes delicious! Let me know what you think. :-)

I was wondering if the tahini was missing in this recipe....sometimes the last ingredient doesn't show up unless you hit the "button" on the end. Roughly, how much tahini do you use? This sounds so much easier than the raw halva recipes that I have. Yummy too!

Cordycordy, I love this recipe. I've made it several times. Once in a while adding raw cocoa to it and sprinkling nuts over top then chilling it into bars. Yum. Thx!!

I've never tried dehydrating it. I say it's more like a sweet snack..but you could have it as a pudding ;-) if you want it less runny then you can add more dried dates or raisons.
