½ cup blueberries
3 leaves kale
1 tablespoon ground chia seed
1 tablespoon cacao nib
1 cup filtered water
peel and cut meat of mr. mango. give berries and kale a bathy.. throw all in blender!
optional ingredients: tablespoon mesquite powder, tablespoon coconut oil.. himalaya salt.
