i juiced the tomatoes, carrots and celery and then hand squeezed in the lime. you could probably spice it up with some ground black pepper or cayenne or something. i really like it as is, but i love tomatoes.

i’m going to use the leftover pulp to try and make a sauce for my zucchini pasta tonight.

The pulp is also great to use in an easy cracker if you have a dehydrator. Just add to ground flax seeds, spices and thats all there is to it- and they are tasty!
