YieldIt fed only half of my appetite! But as a side or dessert for most other people, it would go much farther.
1 cup blueberries (fresh)
½ cup raw cashews or hemp seeds, or 3/4 cup young coconut meat
Juice from 1 lemon
¼ cup raw agave or 3 tablespoons raw honey
1 banana (frozen)
1. Put all ingredients, except banana, into a Vitamix and blend until creamy.
2. Add the banana and blend again until smooth.
3. Pour into a dish and let it set (if you can wait that long) for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Eat. Enjoy your life!

Inspired by a blueberry-lemon tart smoothie recipe I saw on here!
The lemon makes this so wonderfully yummy! The blueberries make it set up, or you can eat it immediately and it will be more like a pudding.
