YieldIt fed only half of my appetite! But as a side or dessert or for most other people, it would go much farther.
1 cup fresh blueberries
½ cup raw cashews or hemp seeds, or 3/4 cup young coconut meat
1 lemon, juice
¼ cup raw agave, or 3 Tbsp. raw honey
1 frozen banana
Put all ingredients except banana into Vita-Mix & blend until creamy. Add the banana and blend again until smooth. Pour into a dish & let it set (if you can wait that long) for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Eat. Enjoy your life!

Inspired by a blueberry-lemon tart smoothie recipe I saw on here! The lemon makes this sooooooooo wonderfully yummy!!! The blueberries make it set up, or you can eat it immediately & it will be more like a pudding. The picture was taken before it was completely set.
