3 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 teaspoons coconut oil

2 teaspoons honey

Directions

1. Throw the ingredients in a tiny bowl.

2. Grab a spoon and take the bowl back to your TV.

3. Mix it together while you're watching TV because it can take a little while to mix properly, especially if your coconut oil is hard. It'll look really dry at  first, but don't add any extra anything. Just go with my measurements and mix it together slowly and carefully with a spoon. Within a minute you'll get the texture seen in my above pic.

4. Enjoy!

This raw chocolate fudge is really sweet so you don't need much of it to get a nice hit of sweet chocolate flavour. This recipe reminds me of my tiny raw halvah recipe, actually, since they are both tiny sweet snacks you can pull together very quickly.

The Rawtarian's Thoughts

Picture this... You've just had dinner. You're watching TV on the couch. Your non-raw husband pulls out a little chocolate bar beside you, and you wish you could have a little taste of chocolate too. What do you do? You run into the kitchen and make my 1 minute raw chocolate fudge, that's what!

It's so quick that you can do it in a commercial break, and...it only requires three ingredients.

You'll notice that this is makes a very tiny serving size, so you'll want to make it in a tiny bowl so that you can stir it properly against the sides of the bowl. I use little tiny custard bowls.

Glad you and your little ones liked! Keep me posted on your successes :)

The recipe is absolutely delicious! I love it! I used organic organic cacao powder instead of cocoa and it was too rich and dark, still amazing though! A question about the texture, just out of curiosity: mine turned out to be like very thick dough, it's slimy and not crumbly like in your photo. is this normal?
Thanks!

The Rawtarian's picture

Next time you probably just want to add a tiny bit less coconut oil - or a bit more cocoa.

looks adorable.

The Rawtarian's picture

lol thank you! It *is* adorable :)

YUM YUM YUM!! Thank you so very much!! I have just inhaled the first batch and will now make another to put in the fridge. It seems "Too good to be raw". love it! Thanks again!

Delish!!!! My fiancé didn't like it because it tasted like dark chocolate and he is a milk chocolate person but I thought it was divine!!

All the more for you, I say Gina :)

Just made this and I admit it is very tasty, but I find it a bit too sweet. Think next time (and there'll definitely be a next time) I'll add a bit less honey and taste as I go. I can imagine that some chopped cashew nuts or hazel nuts would take this to another level. Great to know when that inevitable chocolate urge hits, I have all the ingredients handy.
Loving your site so far - thank you <3

Hi Colleen! Honey can be pretty sweet so a little goes a long way. Glad you are enjoying the recipes :) I am glad to have you here

This is a truly amazing recipe, we roll it and cut into thin-ish slices and serve in a bowl with the raw whipped cream......UNBELIEVABLE!! Thank you so sincerely for all your amazing recipes xxx

Hmmmmm... Not really worth the "1 minute" it was meant to take (it took 10 - 20 mins for me) I really didn't like the taste very much either! Or the consistency it was much too oily and sticky, even though I put the exact amounts it said on screen I must have done something wrong. It was much too difficult to stir and the coconut oil just stayed in clumps and wouldn't melt, so I ended up having to squish it and stir it with my hands! I might be the first person on here that hasn't absolutely adored this recipe! Maybe I'll give it another go sometime. (No offence!) I will definitely be trying some more of your other recipes though! Everything sounds gorgeous! Sorry if I offended anyone! x

The Rawtarian's picture

Hi Ruby, no offence taken! Thanks for sharing your feedback. It all helps to make this a better place for all!

Oh. My. God. Life changing and chocolate. I'm swooning.

The Rawtarian's picture

I love a good swoon, Nikki!

Gosh this is a tasty treat! Especially for a "I want a sweet and I want it NOW" moment!

The Rawtarian's picture

Perfect for that exact moment!

This recipe is quick and tasty. I would definitely recommend. Heating the coconut oil a little to put it back to liquid helps a lot.

Hi David! Glad you enjoyed this little quick treat!

Perhaps I made this wrong but it didn't come out sweet at all. I had to add extra.honey to make it like a dark dark chocolate. Suggestions?

The Rawtarian's picture

Interesting! Perhaps your sweet palette likes things on the sweet side :) I find this very sweet as is

ummmm... you are the BOMBDOTCOM. i am so happy right now.

The Rawtarian's picture

Lol and your comment makes me happy, Heather!

Can you use cacao powder instead? Is there a difference between 'cacao' and 'cocoa'?

Posted from The Rawtarian App

The Rawtarian's picture

Hi Lizzie, either is fine,  but as Dodi mentioned below raw cacao is raw but cocoa powder has been heated so is not raw.

I always make this as a quick snack. I use raw agave. And cacao is raw, cocoa is not.

Joann :)

Mmmm delicious! I just made some, used less coconut oil and added some raw "peanut butter". This dessert is better than a Reese's peanut butter pie!

Yum Gemma!!

Wow that was amazing!! :) being so limited in what I can eat due to health reasons it was so nice to have the chance to do something different knowing that its still nice and healthy and only natural sugar!! Thank you!! I am loving this app!!! Dave

So glad you are enjoying it Dave <beam> :)

I've just made this (I'm not a "rawtarian" at all:)) out of curiosity and it was AWESOME!! Thank you for sharing! Now I'm going to prepare raw chocolate haystacks :)

The Rawtarian's picture

Nice choices Uma :) Haystacks are yummy. Enjoy!

haystacks- done and gone :) I love your blog!

The Rawtarian's picture

:)

I made this today and chopped up some almonds in it and then out it in cellophane paper and put it in the freezer for about an hour! it was like a chocolate bar!

The Rawtarian's picture

Sounds devine Felicia!!

Okay, this was off the charts last night. Had a serious sweet tooth and it worked to quell it! I don't use honey, and my agave had expired, so I used organic light corn syrup and it was perfect! Thank you!

My pleasure Michele. It's perfect for that quick fix!

Ohhhh! I must admit, I was skeptical after reading "all" the ingredients required, but decided to try it anyway. I was happily surprised: It's sooo good!! Thanks for this very-easy-and-delicious recipe!

The Rawtarian's picture

My pleasure, Kate! Glad I was able to prove the skeptic in you wrong, heehee!

I loved this! Do you have any other "instant" sweets on your site? Love all your recipes!

The Rawtarian's picture

Hi S, This one is probably the most "instant" recipe (since it literally takes minutes and no equipment).

But these haystacks are easy and they don't require any equipment. https://www.therawtarian.com/raw-chocolate-haystacks

If you have a food processor this raw chite chocoloate is easy, and brownies are easy too.

Hope this helps!

I just read the comments about you using honey in your recipes. I notice that in most recipes you do provide alternative natural sweeteners. Unprocessed or raw organic honey is very nutritious, I love it and prefer to use it over other processed natural sweeteners. Please keep doing what your doing, your website and recipes are great!

The Rawtarian's picture

Hi Sissy, Thanks! I too find that using raw, unprocessed honey (locally made, just down the road from me!) is a much better sweetener for me and my family.  I have received a lot of criticism (even by a book publisher, in fact!) because it's not vegan, but to me it's not quite the same thing as eating lamp chops!

DAMN. I'm living in a small island off the coast of Madagascar and have no access to a real kitchen, but stumbled across some cocao powder and have been browsing no bake recipes like crazy. I could not be happier with this! That being said, halfway through it got to be too much (I had no milk, nut or otherwise, to go with it) -- but I added a TSP of strawberry preserves which turned it into a delicious pudding sort of thing. Can't wait to use it as a cake-topper... one day! Cheers.
