These are so yummy, i made them today and i rolled them in dried coconut...great recipe !

Wow, these are really good. I just tried them. The raisins add the perfect chewiness and all the flavors go together perfectly. I usually don't like carob desserts, so it's great to have found this one.

yum! i substituted dates for the raisins and then made a second batch with goji berries- SO good!
