Ingredients:
4 nori sheets
4 large leaves of collard greens
1 carrot
1 daikon
scallions
avocado
sunflower sprouts
cucumber
ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS!
layer the veggies on the nori on the side nearest you, then top with the collard green and roll away from you….
FYI- when buying the nori, get the black (purplish) ones for Raw. The green nori has been toasted.

I purchased mine at a Natural Grocer called Jimbo's...Naturally. If you have a Central Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, an Asian market, Henry's, or even a local organic co-op near you they should carry nori sheets. :D
