Lovingraw's Thoughts
By lovingrawHere’s a simplified tropical favorite.
Cut the fruit into large dice for a sweet and savory salad or dice it small for a salsa.
Feel free to other fruit you have on hand like papaya or other types of citrus.
Also stays fresh in the fridge for several days.

This looks delicious. Is it quite hot with the jalepeno?

If you seed the jalepenos it just adds a lovely flavor not too much heat at all. I'm a wuss when it comes to spicy foods!
