At first I started leaving out dairy, grains and refined sugar along with beans an nightshades, this helped me a lot on improving my skin although because of the tons of raw veggies I got a bloated stomach in return... Since then I've been trying lots of things. Seems like my body thrives on carbs, so I eat a lot of fruits, and starchy veggies (which I don't eat raw)</p> <p> </p> <p>I always turn to the Rawtarian for the best cake and snack recipes, and am finally getting confident enough to create my own.</p>
