<p>Thank you all for sharing such wonderful recipes. I love this site! I’ve been a vegetarian since 1977. Since then I’ve spent half my time vegan. Now I am vegan and raw, with the exception of raw honey which I get from our neighborhood bee-lady.</p> <p>I continue to find the relationship between food and brain and body chemistry fascinating. And I’m noticing dramatic shifts in consciousness since going raw.</p>
