½ of a green mango (cubed)
½ of a strawberry papaya/large pear (cubed)
½ of a large tomato (sliced)
2 large Hass avocados (cut into chunks)
Juice from half of a lemon
1 large apple (cubed)
Pinch of salt
1. Cut the avocados into chunks and and slice the tomato.
2. Add to a small mixing bowl.
3. Sprinkle with salt.
4. Add the rest of the cubed and sliced fruit to the mixing bowl. Mix well with a spoon.
