YieldServes 4 adults or 6 kids
2 cup apples, diced
2 cup bananas, diced
2 cup pineapples, diced
2 cup papaya, diced
2 cup oranges, diced
2 tablespoon agave, (optional)
To prepare the oranges I cut it in quarters, cut off the center vein and re-slice each slice one more time (making it into eighths). Then I peel the orange of its skin (by hand or with a paring knife) and dice the slices.
Add all diced fruit to a large bowl and coat with agave (if using).
Serve and enjoy!

This fruit salad is one of my kids' favorites. Of course, you can add any fruit of your choice. In the summer we add raspberries and/or strawberries. ENJOY!
