A very refreshing, sweet and savory collard green wrap that will really satisfy you for lunch or dinner!

Slice up enough ingredients for however many wraps you want to make. Start with your collard green with the stem cut off, and lay it on a plate, the dark green side facing down.
Then, spread half of the green with mashed avocado, and the other half with hummous. I added sea salt in the avocado when I mashed it.
Then, sprinkle pumpkin seeds on the whole inside, just enough to lightly cover the avocado and hummous.
Next, put all other ingredients inside the wrap, only on one side. drizzle with coconut oil, and sprinkle sea salt on top.
When you’re ready to close the wrap, start on the side that has all of the ingredients, and start folding it like a nori roll, until you have it all closed. The hummous and avo spread keep it closed nicely.
Lastly, slice the center of the wrap diagonally to make it pretty, and enjoy eating this delicious meal.
I wish I had a digital camera to show you how beautifully the strawberries on the inside look when you are done.
