Creating Healthy Habits
1½ cup Water
2 servings Wheatgrass Juice, shots, rounds or cubes
1 teaspoon Raw Agave Nectar
1 teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup
1 cup Baby Spinach
½ cup Kale, deveined
1 cup Frozen Peaches
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or more. If desired, garnish with edible flowers for a little pizazz.
This smoothie is a great “pick me up” if you are feeling low-energy or down. After 1 sip I can start to feel my heart beating faster!
