Ingredients
1 apple, diced
1 banana, diced
10 walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoon almond pulp (leftover from milk)
2 dried apricots, diced
raw honey, to taste
cinnamon, to taste
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
Recipe Directions
Mix the chia seeds and almond milk in your seving bowl while you chop the other ingredients. If you like, you can even gently warm the milk in a double boiler over low heat first, and have warm cereal!

this was really good! I made it minus the almond pulp (i didnt have any) and added flax meal. so yummy!
