1 cup water
¼ cup raw hemp milk
1 cup peaches (frozen)
1 cup kale (deveined)
1 banana (sliced)
1 teaspoon flax seed (ground)
¼ cup blueberries
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1. Add all ingredients into blender and blend on high for 30 seconds (or more or less, depending on the power of your blender).
