YieldCould make 2 servings but I inhaled the whole thing! LOL
2 tablespoon Goji berries, in blender
2 tablespoon Raspberrie Seeds, 1st. coffee grinder then in blender
2 tablespoon Chia seed, in blender
2 tablespoon Aloe Vera Juice, in blender
¼ cup Blueberries, in blender
¼ cup fresh cranberries, in blender
1 Orange peeled, in blender
1 Tangerine peeled, in blender
1 cup Live water, in blender
First- Crush the raspberry seeds in the coffee grinder into a fine powder.
Now- DUMP all the into the blender and whizzzzzz away.
