1 pkg of frozen Pure Acai, Sambazon brand, 4pkg to a bag
¼ fresh pineapple (a bit less is fine)
½ cup frozen blueberries &/or cranberries, Trader Joe's has good ones
5 dino kale leaves, some of the thick stem removed if desired
2 cup filtered water (or more to taste)
sweetner to taste (optional) 1 date, a bit of agave
Blend or Vita-mix. If you enjoy right away, it is a rich frozen delight. Later on it tastes good too, but not frozen.
NOTE: There are two types of Acai by Sambazon…I use the one with no added sugar that has 7g of carbs.

Okay, I drink a big green smoothie everyday for breakfast andhave for months and still don’t like it much, no matter how I try to mix it up. I actually made something today that I could live on!!!!!! My norm is to make one just before I leave in the morning and sip it on my drive. I actually pulled over 10 minutes into the commute (and was late to work!) just to write down the ingredients so I wouldn’t forget later. If that doesn’t peak your interest, I give up :))))
Wait ‘til you see the hot pink-purple color. No more green goop! (sorry)
