There have been several versions of this dish posted lately. I guess the avocados being ripe this time of year has everyone experimenting.

Recipe Directions

I just mashed this up in a bowl and scooped it into Romaine lettuce leaves. I sprinkled the top with ground pumpkin seeds, cayenne pepper and seasalt. It was easy and delicious. It would also be good thinned and poured over salad.

This is how i make my guac too, but i add diced tomatoes, onions & miso paste. Oh, and some salt and pepper :) Yum!!! Oh, i don't add the agave, but i'm sure it would taste good too.
