2 small ripe avocados
squeeze of agave nectar
juice of one lime
I just mashed this up in a bowl and scooped it into Romaine lettuce leaves. I sprinkled the top with ground pumpkin seeds, cayenne pepper and seasalt. It was easy and delicious. It would also be good thinned and poured over salad.

There have been several versions of this dish posted lately. I guess the avocados being ripe this time of year has everyone experimenting.
