Honeydew melons are low in calories and high in their water content. They provide an

excellent source of vitamin C and are also a very good source of potassium, copper,

and B vitamins (including thiamine, niacin, B6, and pantothenic acid) and particularly beneficial for healthy skin

Pineapple provides an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese. It also offers a very

good source of vitamin B1, and is a good source of fiber, vitaminB6, copper, and magnesium.

Fresh pineapple is rich in bromelain. The protein-digesting enzymes in bromelain are effective for digestion and

reducing inflammation and swelling.

The iron content in spinach is twice that of other greens. Spinach is also one of the most alkaline foods. This makes it useful in helping to regulate the

body's pH balance.

Coconuts provide an excellent source of copper, manganese, and molybdenum. They are also a good source of selenium and zinc. Similar to most other nuts,

coconuts contain a large amount of fat.

Really delicious! I enjoyed trying to chew on the tiny bits of coconut. I also love the nutrition facts you added into the recipe description.
